Business philosophy
We collaborate only with the experts in the field, stove fitters which guarantees that the best product will be installed the best way. We don't support the internet sales, we have decided for selective distribution through the network of trained partners. There is a bond of trust and respect between the produces and the client, which are both the most important elements of our philosophy.
Quality
We are not following the current trend of the consumer goods with a short lifespan. Our products are strongly build, made from the best available materials and designed to withstand an intensive operation for a long period of time. We do not produce problems, we produce Hoxter.
Design and development
The way between the first idea to the finished product is a long one. An extended period of time needs to be invested into demanding development and extensive testing. We try hard not to overlook even the smallest detail. We are applying as many new solutions and improvrments when new product is possibly being developed or the current one inovated, so we contribute to even higher user comfort of our appliances. We use in house laboratories where every product is being intenely tested before it's introduced to the public.
Service and technical feedback
We fully back our products and we are ready to support you when ever you need us. All service request are being solved within a few days. The client service is provided by a professionally trained technician from our company or from our importer. Every service is carefuly analysed so we can find and eliminate the possible cause.
